We are optimistic that September will be the right time for the restart of business travel and live events. Still, the safety of the participants is our number one priority.
EVENT FORMAT
Therefore, we have decided that the SPA-CE EXPERIENCE workshop will be taking place in LIVE FORM, having in mind all the necessary measures to provide health and safety for our participants. We expect live (in person) participation of all exhibitors, while for some of the hosted buyers who could not travel to Slovenia at that time, online participation will be available. A new matchmaking platform will enable them to have video meetings with the exhibitors. Online meetings will be prescheduled in advance, the same way as live meetings.
HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES
For everyone attending the event in person, the following requirements apply:
- Vaccination or confirmation of recovery from COVID-19 (European vaccination passport) or
- Rapid antigen test upon arrival
- Quarantine in the event of a positive test at the event
- Strictly abiding by the rules provided by the organisers following the National Public Health Institution instructions.
Sava Hotels & Resort have prepared their own Hygiene Standard Plus, a set of new and improved hygiene standards that take into account and further expand the recommendations issued by relevant institutions. The Plus stands for greater safety and a carefree staying during the event at the Sava Hotels & Resorts destination.
FAM TRIP – ROLLING WORKSHOP
The study tour, known as a »Rolling workshop« will be organised as a bus tour to selected Slovenian Spas. There will be enough space at each bus to respect the safety distance recommendations.
